Track1099 and Third Parties. has partnered with third parties to provide certain software translation, batch upload, synchronization and download features. During the course of the process, you may need to create an account with one of these third parties and opt to share your personal information with them. It will be clear when this process is occurring and you may elect to abandon this process before creating an account with any third party.

Track1099 and Postal Mail Providers. has partnered with a third party postal mail provider to provide postal mail services when requested by our clients. Client data is transferred to this provider via secure protocols. The postal mail provider then prints and mails the requested forms. Avalara, Inc., the operator of, and the direct mail provider have taken reasonable precautions to ensure security of sensitive information contained on the forms being mailed, including using encryption for file transfer, deleting files at the direct mail provider once they have been printed, and tracking of the printing and mailing process.

Service Providers. We share your personal information and information you enter into with third parties as needed to maintain, support and operate the site and to perform site-related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the site's features) and to assist us in analyzing how our site is used. These third parties have access to your personal information and the information you've entered into only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
